At Dr. Shivji Upadhyay, every consultation and report is prepared with dedicated time, attention, and personalized effort. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Consultations

All consultation bookings are time-based appointments reserved specifically for you.

Because time slots are blocked exclusively for each client:

  • Consultation bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, rescheduling may be considered if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

  • Missed appointments or no-shows without prior notice are considered completed sessions and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

Digital Kundli Reports

Detailed kundli reports are personalized digital products created specifically based on your birth details.

Due to the custom nature of this service:

  • All kundli report purchases are non-refundable once processing has begun.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for completed or delivered digital reports.

  • Please ensure that all birth details submitted are accurate, as incorrect information may affect the analysis.

Technical / Payment Issues

If you experience duplicate payment charges or technical issues during checkout, please contact us immediately, and we will review the matter promptly.
